Event Entertainment Hire Across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London

We've run Monster Event Hire from our unit in Havant since 2002. We own the whole fleet, over 200 items, and our own staff deliver and run it, so there's no agency in the middle and no kit we've sub-hired from anyone else.

The workshop sits near Portsmouth and we keep a second base near Guildford, which covers most of the run up the A3 into Surrey and London. We work across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London, and further into the south of England when the job is worth the journey.

What We Hire Out

We've got hundreds of activities and attractions on the books. The things that go out most often are:

• Bouncy castle hire, for children and adults
• Interactive and electronic games
• Corporate team building activities

Whether you're indoors or out, and whether it's one item in a back garden or a full day across a showground, we've got the kit and we've done it enough times to set it up properly.

The Events We Cover

Most weeks we're at a mix of children's birthday parties, weddings, corporate fun days, company BBQs, university events, school fun days, family fun days, community festivals, fêtes and team building days. If you're putting on something that doesn't fit any of those, give us a ring anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.

Safety and the Paperwork

All our inflatables are PIPA-tagged and inspected every year, we've got our own PIPA-certified inflatable inspector and RPII inspector on the staff, and everyone on the team is first-aid trained and enhanced-DBS registered. We carry £10 million public liability insurance, indoors and out, with the extra licensed-premises cover for pubs, clubs and bars. The insurance certificate and risk assessments are yours on request.

Getting a Quote

We don't list prices because the final cost depends on what you're hiring, how far we're travelling and whether you need staff on site, so the honest answer is that we work it out per job. Tell us what you're planning, where, and roughly when, and we'll get a price back to you the same day.
